(ART. 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE JUNE 30TH 2003 NO. 196/2003 AND FURTHER INTEGRATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS)

The present information note has the aim to describe the way of management of the website belonging to AST4 S.r.l.. according to the terms of article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Code concerning protection of personal data, issued as enforcement of articles 10 and 11 of directive n. 95/46/CE to the persons interacting with the web services of the company, telematically accessible from the address https://www.ast4.net corresponding to the start page of the website. This informative note refers solely to the present website and not also to other websites that the user may visit through links.

TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA

The website offers informative and interactive contents. During the site surfing, you can get information on the customer, or in general on the visitor, in the following ways:
a) Surfing data: the informatic systems and the software procedures governing the operation of this website collect, within their normal function, some personal data whose transmission is tacit in the use of the communicating protocols of the internet. This information is not collected to be associated to identified persons but, for their same nature through elaboration and association with data held by third parties, could allow to identify the users. The data could be utilized to verify the responsibility in case of possible informatic crimes against the site: except for this case, at the moment the data on the web contacts do not remain for more than seven days.
b) Data voluntarily supplied by the user: The not compulsory, explicit and free-willing submission of e-mails to the addresses mentioned on this website imply the take over of the sender’s address, which is necessary to reply to the requests, in addition to the possible further personal data included in the message. Specific synthetic information notes will be progressively reported or visualized in the pages of the site prepared for specific on demand services.
c) Cookies Cookies are not used for the transmission of personal information. The cookies or markers are information packages sent by a web server (i.e. the site) to the internet browser of the user, they are automatically stored by this last one on the computer and re-sent automatically to the server in the occasion of each further access to the site. The use of the so said section cookies (that are not stored in a permanent way in the user’s computer and fade with the exit from the browser) is strictly limited to the transmission of section IDs necessary to allow the secure and efficient exploration of the site. MEANS OF DATA PROCESSING

The data processing is undertaken both using automatized instruments (i.e. utilizing electronic procedures and supports) and/or by hand (i.e. paper support) for the time strictly necessary to pursue the aims for which the data have been collected and, anyhow, according to the norms in force. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, unauthorized illegal or incorrect uses and excesses. No data coming from the web service will be communicated or spread. PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING The data processing concerning the web services of this site takes place at the premises of the data holder and by the responsible people, if appointed, and are processed only by the personnel in charge of the processing or by people appointed to perform maintenance operations. OPTIONAL CHARACTER OF THE DATA SUPPLY Apart from what mentioned for the surfing data, the user is free to supply his personal data or not. The lack of supply can imply the impossibility to obtain what required.

RIGHTS OF THE PERSONS CONCERNED

The users having supplied their own personal data according to what set forth in the present informative note are entitled to all the rights given to them by the Code concerning the protection of personal data. In particular, they can contact the owner and/or the responsible of the above mentioned processing to have their rights fulfilled according to the article. The subjects the personal data refer to have the right at any time to get the confirmation of the existence or not of the same data and to know its content and its origin, verify its correctness or ask for its integration or update, or the amendment according to article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 of the Code. According to the same article, they have the right to obtain the cancellation, the transformation into anonymous form or the freezing of the data processed under breach of the law and to oppose its processing for lawful reasons.
